Under Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510 and Labour Law No. 4857, we prepare your payrolls, make your notifications on time and answer your staff-related questions. We keep track of the amounts that change every period, such as the minimum wage, the premium ceiling and the severance pay ceiling.

Social security incentives and inspections
The premium incentives and employment support available to employers vary according to the profile of the employee, the status of the workplace and any outstanding debt. We determine which incentives you can benefit from and make sure notifications are filed with the incentives applied. We check regularly so that incentives are not lost because of social security debt or under-reporting.
During social security (SGK) inspections we prepare the requested documents and support you in objecting to administrative fines. On matters with a legal dimension, we work with our lawyers under our legal advisory service.

Frequently asked questions
When must the employment start notification be submitted?
As a rule, the employment start notification must be submitted to the social security institution (SGK) before the insured person starts work. The legislation sets different periods for some sectors and situations. Since late notification leads to an administrative fine, it is important to send us new staff details before they start.
How is severance pay calculated?
When the conditions are met, severance pay is calculated on the employee's last gross pay for each full year of service; certain benefits paid regularly with the wage are also included. The amount payable cannot exceed the severance pay ceiling set for the relevant period. We can make the calculation on the basis of your staff information.
When is the combined withholding tax and social security return filed?
The combined withholding tax and social security return (muhtasar ve prim hizmet beyannamesi) is filed by the 26th of the month following the relevant month. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline moves to the next working day. You can find current dates on our tax calendar page (in Turkish).
Which social security incentives can I benefit from?
The incentives available to you depend on factors such as the employee's age, gender, disability status, the way they were hired and whether your workplace has premium debts. By screening your current staff list, we report the incentives that can be applied and any missed in past periods.
