We welcome the investor on arrival in Turkey, accompany them at official authorities and meetings until the procedures are concluded, and plan transport and accommodation according to the investor's schedule. In the meetings, financial and tax matters are explained by our team, which also handles the formation and accounting of the company.
Scope of the service
- Listing and checking, before the visit, the documents the investor needs to bring
- Airport welcome and planning of local transport
- Suggesting accommodation options suited to the investor's preferences and organising the booking
- Accompaniment for procedures at authorities such as the notary, bank, tax office and trade registry
- Scheduling visits to facilities, land or offices and business meetings
Preparation before the visit
The success of an investment visit depends largely on preparation. If documents have been certified and translated before the visit, signatures and bank procedures can be completed in one go. We therefore prepare the visit programme together with the company formation for foreign investors timeline.
During the meetings we answer the investor's questions in English about the Turkish tax system, employee costs, incentives and reporting obligations. Our specialist partner lawyers also join the meetings on legal matters when needed.
Bursa and throughout Turkey
For visits to Bursa and the surrounding area, we plan the whole programme on site. For procedures in other cities in Turkey, we also coordinate the visit programme and appointments with the authorities in advance. After the visit, even if the investor has left Turkey, the remaining procedures are followed up under a power of attorney and reported on regularly.
How transport and accommodation costs are covered is set out separately in the service proposal; we take on the organisation and coordination. You can find all the services to be carried out after the visit on our services for foreign investors page.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to come to Turkey to set up a company?
The formation procedures can also be carried out without coming to Turkey, using a duly certified power of attorney. However, for some procedures, such as opening a bank account, the presence of the investor or an authorised person speeds things up. We assess together whether a visit is needed based on your procedures.
How many days does an investment visit take?
When documents are prepared in advance, the basic formation and bank procedures can often be completed in a visit of a few days. The programme becomes longer as site visits and business meetings are added. We plan the length of the visit in advance according to the procedures to be completed.
Do you provide interpreting in meetings?
We can conduct meetings on financial, tax and formation matters in English. Where an official translator is required, such as for notarial procedures, we work with a sworn translator.
Are transport and accommodation costs included in the service?
How transport and accommodation costs are covered is set out separately in the service proposal together with the visit programme. We present options according to the investor's preferences and take on the organisation and coordination. For details, you can reach us via our contact page.
