With our Bursa-based team we serve foreign investors throughout Turkey. We can conduct correspondence and reporting in English and work with our specialist partner lawyers on legal matters. The same team follows the investor's transactions in Turkey from day one.

Ongoing support after formation
Once the company is formed, monthly accounting, tax returns, payroll and social security procedures are carried out regularly. The parent company receives financial information in English every month, and the tax consequences of service, licence and dividend payments abroad are assessed before the payments are made. Investors can also access their documents and returns through the online client portal.
Notifications and reporting
Foreign-owned companies must report information on their capital structure and activities to the relevant Ministry in the periods set by the legislation. We make sure these notifications are made on time. We also ensure that capital inflows from abroad and profit transfers abroad are properly documented in the records.

Frequently asked questions
Can foreigners set up a company in Turkey?
Yes. Under Foreign Direct Investment Law No. 4875, foreign individuals and legal entities can set up a company in Turkey or become shareholders in existing companies on the same terms as Turkish citizens. As a rule, no prior permission is required; however, some sectors may have separate licence or permit requirements.
Can the accounts of a company with foreign shareholders be kept in English?
The statutory books must be kept in Turkish. However, the chart of accounts can be set up with English equivalents, and the trial balance, balance sheet and income statement can also be prepared in English every month and submitted to the parent company.
Can a company be set up without coming to Turkey?
Company formation can also be carried out without coming to Turkey, using a power of attorney issued abroad and duly certified. However, for some procedures the presence of the authorised persons speeds things up. We plan the most suitable route together according to the investor's schedule.
Do you provide services throughout Turkey?
