Data controller

İndex Denetim Danışmanlık Mali Müşavirlik ve Eğitim Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("İndex Denetim") processes personal data collected through this website as data controller under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Personal data processed

  • Identity and contact details: name and surname, phone number, email address, company name.
  • Request details: the service you are interested in and the message you share in the form; for job applications, education and experience details.
  • Transaction security: the page from which the form was sent, browser information and a short, irreversible digest generated from your IP address (your IP address itself is not stored).
  • Analytics (only with your consent): visit statistics. See our cookie policy for details.

Purposes and legal grounds

  • Responding to your request and carrying out the initial consultation and proposal process — directly related to the conclusion of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
  • Assessing job applications — directly related to the conclusion of a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
  • Preventing misuse of the website and forms and ensuring information security — legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
  • Fulfilling legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç).
  • Analytics cookies — your explicit consent (Art. 5/1), which you may withdraw at any time.

Transfers and retention

Your data may be transferred, only for the purposes above, to the service providers from whom we obtain hosting, security and email services, and to authorised public authorities on request. Transfers to providers with servers abroad are made in accordance with Art. 9 KVKK. Form requests are kept for at most two years after the request is concluded; if a service relationship is established, the periods in the relevant legislation apply.

Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK you may apply to the data controller to find out whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction or erasure, object to an adverse result arising from automated analysis and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. You can send applications in writing to our address or to info@indexdenetim.com.tr; applications are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
