In addition to open training, we organise in-house training whose content and length are set according to your company's needs. The training is given by our SMMM partners and independent auditor partners, who carry out this work every day. We explain the topics through real transactions and sample documents.
Main training topics
- General accounting and basic tax legislation
- Cost accounting, construction accounting and foreign trade accounting
- Company accounting: formation, capital increase, profit distribution and liquidation
- Corporate and personal income tax returns and preparation of the supplementary financial statements
- VAT practice and the VAT refund system
- Payroll, social security notifications and the basic rules of labour legislation
- Financial statement analysis and budgeting
- Introduction to Turkish Financial Reporting Standards
- Corporate governance, risk management and internal control
- Audit methods and practice
Training tailored to your company
For in-house training, we first determine your team's needs. Together with you we assess which errors recur, which topics remain unclear and which new regulations will come into force. We prepare the content accordingly and, where possible, use your company's own documents and transaction examples (with confidentiality respected).
- Training on invoices, delivery notes and expense documents for non-accounting teams
- Induction training for new accounting staff
- Preparation training before the year-end closing and the filing season
- Reading financial statements and key ratios for managers
Training format
Training can be held face to face at your company or in a suitable venue, or online as needed. Participants receive training notes and, depending on the topic, practical examples. After the training, we continue to answer participants' questions for a certain period.
Training is often part of an improvement project. In companies where internal control or process gaps have been identified, we plan training together with internal audit and risk management or accounting system set-up work.
Who is it for?
- Companies with their own accounting and finance team
- Businesses hiring new accounting staff
- Sales and purchasing teams that want to reduce invoicing and document errors
- Managers and shareholders who want to read financial statements better

Frequently asked questions
How long does in-house training take?
The length depends on the topic and the participants' level. Training focused on a single topic can be completed in half a day or a day; comprehensive programmes are spread over several sessions. We decide the programme together according to your needs.
Can the training be held online?
Yes. We can organise training online as well as face to face. We recommend face-to-face training for practice-heavy topics and online training for teams in different cities.
Can the training content be adapted to our company?
Yes. For in-house training, the content is prepared according to your sector, the types of documents you use and the errors your team makes most often. Where possible, your company's own transaction examples are used with confidentiality respected.
How do I request training?
Simply send us the topic you would like training on, the number of participants and your preferred date range using the request a quote form. After a short needs meeting, we share the programme and our proposal.
