- Serves as chairman of the board of directors of İndex Denetim.
- Has held positions as chairman and as a member of the board and audit committee of non-governmental organisations. Speaks English.
Hacer Topkara Yıldız

- Graduate of the Computerised Accounting and Tax Applications programme at Karadeniz Technical University and of the Faculty of Business Administration at Anadolu University.
- Started in the accounting profession in 2003; obtained the certified public accountant (SMMM) licence in 2010.
